At Tender Shield, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for an additional fee.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working to expand our shipping locations in the future.

Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, postal strikes, or high order volumes may cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.
 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.​

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Diapers and other hygiene-related products are not eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
How to Return

Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Pack the items securely and drop them off at your nearest courier service.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and if approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for an exchange.
